Pano of Lamar Valley

This has great memories for me. This is the Lamar Valley area of Yellowstone where grizzly bears are frequently seen coming out of these hills to drink from this creek. However, on this day there were lots of people and photographers with long lenses waiting and watching for the bears to come down. We saw some fly fisherman that were working the stream far in the distance of this photograph we believe were keeping the bears away. Needless to say we did not see any bears but had a great time sharing stories and taking late afternoon scenic shots.
